The bra section gathers to the underarm ands at the sides and ties into a knot at the center front.. The suit is lined and finished with trunks.. The flare bck coat, seamed down the centre back, buttons at the neck. Patch pockets, a wing collar and long cuff sleeves finish the coat.. .. for beach coat and bathing suit use cotton broadcloth, poplin, seersucker, chambray, gingham, sharkskin, chintz, faille, spun rayon.. beach coat: gab or flannel. bathing suit of satin - Hollywood style! this is more like what they call a bathing dress.. Simplicity 2441 super great pattern.. this is a great find. and that beach coat is so cute with the collar and Erin pockets!
