12" Antique composition Dionne Quint by Madame Alexander. Chubby baby is all composition with brown sleep eyes and her original brown human hair wig. She has very chubby hands and fingers with nice detail. Doll is in great shape and has it's original finish. Her coloring is nice with no paint chips and no crazing. She is dressed in an old white dotted swiss baby dress but has no tag. This little Dionne Quintuplet wears an old white cotton teddy with fine lace trim. and has blue trim so would be the quint that wore blue colors.. I did have the whole set of the Dionne Quints the 7 1/2 inch Mme Alexander ones, all original and they are now sold and stayed in Canada... She has off white cotton lace baby booties. The dress is nice and clean with no stains or tears. Marks: Dionne Alexander on back of head. Circa 1936. Nice harder to find Quint with sleep eyes and a human hair wig. this darling girl is beautiful, nice brown sleep eyes, painted lower lashes., closed red mouth, just too cute.. Inventory 825.. THIS DOLL IS CLOSE TO PERFECT. and perfectly adorable. you just want to cuddle her... good home please, clearing out the dolls. Marie is the one who wore blue and have always felt this doll was Marie... I undressed her for the first time to take her pictures, adorable chubby baby doll body. lovely conditiion composition body after all these years circa mid 1930s.. I noted a stress line at the top of her left arm.. TODDLER SIZE 12 inches tall as I received her..
