Shipping:
Antique DollHouse of Patterns prides itself on providing shipping of your orders from our Web Store within 24 hours. Everything on our website is in-stock and ready to ship. We ship most orders the same business day and Canadian Postal Service is utilized only Monday to Friday, no mail on the weekend, or holidays. Canadian shipping depends on weight and size. Larger items such as dolls can only be given an accurate shipping price once boxed up and ready for delivery. Most patterns sent oversize delivery are not traceable.. Small packet mail for bulk items are insured but not traceable. Parcels have tracking numbers and are insured. All patterns are secured in 2 ml thick plastic shipping bags for protection. We always combine shipping.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the product in its original packaging to Antique DollHouse of Patterns and we will be happy to refund your purchase price minus shipping. We cannot accept a return if the product has been soiled or if it is missing any contents. However, we do not encourage returns due to Customs at the Border. Our items are thoroughly described and majority of our sewing patterns are new from original store..
