Advance 9030; ca. late 1950s; Misses' Blouses. Tip Top Blouses: V 1 ... slipover, short sleeves in one, self fabric bias binding. V 2 ... sleeveless slipover. V 3 ... sleeveless, back-buttoned, side tab trimmings. Each blouse has only one tissue!  used a web picture.. bit of wear, nice pattern..
