17'' ORIGINAL SWEET BABY GIRL CENTURY DOLL 1940s, BOX #706

This lovely doll has a composition head, vinyl arms and legs on cloth body. Swivel neck and stitch jointed arms and legs. Blue tin sleep eyes with full upper lashes. Dark brown mohair wig in very good condition. Good facial and lip coloring. 17 inches all original so lovely Mama Doll circa 1940s.. Markings: C E N on back of head. JUST EMAIL US FOR MORE PICTURES, THANK YOU. Condition: Overall, this doll's composition is in very good condition with no crazing. Rubber pants residue on bottom that should come off otherwise her body is clean. A good looking doll. Clothes: She's wearing all of her original clothes which include, yellow organdy dress with matching bonnet. Original cotton slip, rayon socks and oil cloth shoes. Dress has some age discoloring but no tears or holes. All in good condition. Box has no advertising on it and is in bad condition with original tissue paper. It did not make the picture. the above description is as I received her.. she is so lovely. and have a 1951 Horsman doll similar to her with box, and she is in blue..believe this is what they call the transitional era dolls. inventory #706 as I received her from a professional doll collector. and believe she is a Century Doll.. . weighs about 990 grams. WILL go as parcel mail. clearing out the dolls while waiting for my website to become reactivated..
