Dressed in a burgundy Long Dress With  net Crinoline; with a matching  
Velvet Hat  and also a sheer 
 white nylon  Cape With Lace Trim    
 
Her Arms Are Moveable and Intact
Her Head and Legs Do Not Move  frozen body.  lovely and original with her chain belt and cross, very French.  black hair.. set eyes, closed mouth..  PAINTED BLACK SHOES..   and cotton pantaloons
