Sleeveless V. 3 has elastic waistline casing. nice pattern used web picture. partly cut checked out ok, wee bit of edge wear. all accounted for. size 14, bust 34 inches, sizing would change within a year or so. jiffy dess and scar. use cottons, novelty pique, cotton double knits, denim , silks etc. etc..
