Model 2 shirt and Model 3 dress have full length sleeves pleated into buttoning cuff. Model 2 shirt has single patch pocket.. Model 4 dress is sleeveless and has patch pockets.. use raw silk, linens etc.. etc..  preowned bit of wear not cut or used..  SIZE 8 TO 18 MODERN SIZING..
