11 to 12 inches tall I love saucy walker dolls, this one is so unique.. SHE HAS jointed knees like the dollikin dolls but not a saucy walker hip joint.. her head turns when she walks.. believe this could be her original cotton dress. she is wearing vintage black strappy shoes as I received her.. she has a rich full head of hair a bit unruly needs a hairdresser.. lovely and full but out of control.. waves, bangs.. This is a wonderful doll marked Pat's Pend. She is approximately 11 to 12" tall and has a walking mechanism that moves the head when her legs move.
