Skookums all original wool felt blanket 1920-30s nice condition inventory #131... LOVELY DOLL, and circa 20 to 30s as shown in picture.. also called Bully Good Indian. designed by Mary McAboy, painted features, side glancing eyes,, mohair black wig,, wrapped in wool felt Native or Aboriginal blanket, composition made, he looks like carved wood... Nice size Ethnic doll... from a professional doll collector... 12" Skookum Indian Brave in all original clothes. Composition character face, black mohair braids. Cloth body stuffed with straw, blanket folded to look like arms. Cream colored felt pants with brown felt trim. Green and white cotton print shirt. Indian blanket in dark green, tan,orange and black. Original glass bead necklace in multi colors. Brown suede shoes with orange and blue paint. Doll is in great shape,painting is nice on face. There are no moth holes in felt or blanket. Doll has original paper tag on bottom of left foot. Oval tag says Trade Mark registered,Skookum (Bully Good) Indian Patented. Circa 1920's-30's Nice early Skookum in well cared for condition. description as I received him..   HIS FEET  and legs would be wood,,  cannot undress him. INVENTORIED  FILED LR  1 ok
