Description 1967 Mattel DR. DOOLITTLE 22" Talking Doll do not know much about this doll by mattel.. suppose to be Rex Harrison.. string is intact.. he does not talk though.,, as you see him in the pictures, happy go lucky, could almost use him as a puppet.. all cloth body with those brown plaid pants, and black boots sewn on, nice black jacket, mitt hands.. vinyl head, the rest is cloth stuffed.. previously owned. brown molded hair, nice open mouth with painted teeth. circa 1967.. as I received him.. nice doll as a keepsake for that era.. Vintage 1960s Doctor Doolittle 22" Rex Harrison Film Doll Made by Mattel, the label dates it to 1967 and this label is a blue label and Canada Mattel, a Canadian distributed Dr. Dolittle.. label is intact, a bit worn. Good condition, face could use a bit of a freshening.. . It has a pull string thats pulls and retracts, but no voice comes out previously owned. clearing out the dolls.. nice character doll.. , has his satin ascot too and red check vest is attached to him, wool felt coat snaps at waist.. about 22 inches tall. inventory 211 doll room shelf 7 have two almost identical docs available, red vest, ascot, jacket. one has the pull cord and one is missing his pull cord and decided to send them both combined.. the one with the pull cord you can feel his mechanism inside his body. but the one without the pull cord you cannot feel anything inside his body, just soft.. his tush tag is crisp
