Description Simplicity 2468, Sewing Pattern, Junior Misses, One Piece Dress with Detachable Collar Tie and Sleeve Fold, Size 16 old sizing bust 34, waist 28 and hip 37 inches... 3 inch hem.., Vintage 1948 punched tissue, actually the tissue is very nice for its age over 60 years old.... cut and checked out ok all accounted for all pattern pieces, some wear on pattern jacket, not perfect side seam separation..........Misses One-Piece Dress with Detachable Collar, Tie and Sleeve Fold: The bodice seamed down the center front, has three rows of gathers at the forward shoulder seam. The dirndl skirt joins the bodice at the natural waistline under a self or purchased belt. In style 1, the skirt features three outside tucks. The bodice, cut on the bias in front, is finished with a contrasting, detachable collar, tie and sleeve fold. In style 2, the bodice, styled with a V-shaped neckline has a button-trim at the center front, and short sleeves finished with an outside tuck... use silk or rayon crepe, spun rayon, jersey, foulard, satin, moire, sharkskin, linen etc..
