Description JUST A NICE VINTAGE 1948 SKIRT PATTERN ONLY FOUR PIECES.. skirt is cut in four sections and joins to a waistband. concentrated back fullness is achieved through soft pleats.. 1 the waistband is shaped in front.. use silk, wool or rayon crepe, spun rayon, shantung, faille, taffeta, chintz etc.. zipper or snap fasteners for side opening.. 2 inch turn up hem.. waist 26 and hip 35 measured differently in that era.. Simplicity 2830 nice tissue, wear and tear on pattern jacket not perfect. all accounted for
