A above elbow sleeves with button trim and purchased bow.. B.C.D. and E 3/4 or long sleeves.. C side belt with button trim.. D contrast collar, cuffs, flounce.. E collar, sleeves with button trim.. use ltwt gab, linen, wool crepe and ltwt double knit.. also velvet for dress D, front, back and sleeves.. 1990 cut and checked out basic design vogue pattern .. wonderful even today. size 6,8,10 uncut pattern, bust 30 1/2 to 32 1/2 inches,. modern sizing..... just a nice dress in any decade.... modern sizing waist 23 to 25 inches .. vogue basic design, just a nice strt dress with flounce detail cut and checked out ok pattern by vogue 2790 size 6-10.. for this sizing choose small in the menu..
