Description Simplicity 7466; ??1976; Misses' Caftan or Top and Pants (Transfer for Embroidery Included): The top-stitched top V. 1 & 2 or caftan V. 3 with self fabric tie ends at front slash opening has tie collar, long set-in sleeves and optional embroidery. Top V. 1 & 2 have long sleeves gathered with elastic casing and may be worn with or without self fabric tie belt. The ankle length caftan v. 3 with pockets concealed in side seams has above elbow length sleeves with turn back cuffs. Pants V. 1 or 2 have back zipper and waistband. wear on pattern jacket, sticker rub. wear, but uncut tissue.. used wikki pic. size 14 modern sizing but 36, waist 28. use crinkled muslin, poplin, chino, duck etc. etc.. top and caftan also in gauze, print voile etc..
