This is a pattern for toddlers' overalls, shirt and dress in sizes 1 to 4. The overalls and dress have smocked fronts. One view of the dress has a button front, the other buttons in the back. The dress has short puffed sleeves and a peter pan collar. TODDLERS' DRESS, SHIRT & OVERALLS Slightly flared dress, mid-knee, has collar, self-lined yokes, front bands and above-elbow sleeves with binding/piping. B: contrast binding/piping. Loose-fitting shirt has collar, piping and back-button closing. Narrow hem. Loose-fitting overalls, above mid-knee, have button shoulder closing, piping, low armholes, contrast inset and snap-crotch closing. C: self-lined. D: contrast lined. A,B,C,D: non-removable transfer included for smocking.
FABRICS: Dress A,B, Overalls C,D, Shirt, Lining D: Lt.wt. Linen, Lt.wt. Poplin and Lt.wt. Piqu????. Also for D: Velveteen. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals. Allow extra fabric to match plaids or stripes. Use nap yardages/layouts for pile, shaded or one-way design fabrics. *with nap. **without nap.
