Description Simplicity 7544; ????1968; Misses' Cape and Dress in Two Lengths: The dress has front seam interest, collar, back zipper and short set-in sleeves. V. 1 is above knee-length. V. 2 is regular-length. The collarless, lined cape V. 1 & 2 is top-stitched. Above knee-length cape V. 1 is 1/2" longer than the dress and has openings for arms, patch pockets and purchased frog closing. Short cape V. 2 has loop and button closing. .. on wikia too... Simplicity 7544 this is size 14, bust 36 inches the new sizing that just came into being that year.. waist 27 and hip 38 inches.. absolutely love this ensemble.. use cottons, silks, synthetics, poplin, sharkskin, silk and worsted, gab.. 1 also in ltwt wools, blends; wool gab etc.. 2 also in linen.. zipper needed for dress.. beautiful cape and dress in lengths.. cape is uncut, and the dress is cut and all accounted for. very nice condition pattern tissue and pattern jacket, wee bit of wear...
