Description 1965 Designer Laird-Knox suit; double breasted jacket, slim skirt. lovely design New York designer collection plus 1.. size 14, bust 34 inches. older sizing. Laird-Knox designer. cut and checked out ok all accounted for, nice pattern.. suit has double breasted jacket, curved seaming at back and front, slim five section skirt.. Jacket is interfaced and lined, has 3/4 sleeves, pockets of lining fabric in front seams.. Shoulder seams are forward of normal shoulder line, sleeve seams are forward of jacket side seams and collar stands away from neck.. Jacket trimmed with machine stitching. Lined skirt has gathers at front and side front, back darts, left side zip.. Waistband is interfaced.. use skirt and jacket of synthetics, wool suitings, synthetic or wool tweeds, flannel, gab, silk linen, double knits and lining of china silk etc.. zipper for skirt. buttons for jacket.. mccall's 7981 dated 1965, size 14 all accounted for cut and checked out ok..
