Vintage 1970s Simplicity 8698 set of scooter skirts. The scooter skirt views 1, 2 and 3 without waistband have side zipper. Views 1 and 2 have topstitched pleats. View 1 with self fabric, button trimmed front tab has optional self fabric belt carriers and purchased scarf. View 2 has optional button trim has lined, front and back panels concealing pants. View 3 with front and back skirt sections concealing pants and patch pocket with self flaps may be trimmed with purchased frogs or buttons. uncut just when sizing changed over circa 1970. size 14, waist 27 inches.. some wear, tape on edge. misses set of scooter skirts approx 15 inches.. use cottons, linen, pique, canvas, duck, ltwt wools etc.. 3 also in even checks. cute little mini skirts..
