Description WHAT A LOVELY ANTIQUE PATTERN, 1941 some wear on pattern not bad for being 70 plus years old... pattern includes design for making a quilted comforter, cut size 72 x 84 inches, for double or single bed.. design can be adapted to a smaller cover, cut size about 60 x 72 inches.. using a narrower border at the edge.. diagram given.. large open flowers and feathery leaves form this charming design for hand quilting.. make it in the large size for your bed, this is before queen or king was introduced I am assuming.. or smaller size for a chaise lounge.. you match together four sections of the quilting transfer for stamping the top of the quilt, etc. etc. that is the instructions on the back.. this pattern is missing the two pieces, just has the leaflet instructions and the pattern jacket... use soft satin, crepe de chine, soft taffeta, sateen, gingham, etc.. lambs wool should be used for interlining a silk quilt. etc. etc.. instructions on the back as well as a descriptive leaflet..
