9" AFRICAN MOTHER IN COTTON DYED FABRIC GARMENTS, BABY ON BACK, STAND AS SHOWN IN PICTURES,, PLASTIC, BROWN SKIN THIS IS A LOVELY MOTHER AND CHILD..  different than the ones I usually see.. she is wearing black heels on stand and pretty sure this is a cotton dyed African garment she is wearing, matching head wrap. wearing a basket on her head with cloths.  about 9 inches tall.  As I received her..  baby on the back her left arm is a bit loose. filed 10 2020 bin lr ok.. appears to be mostly all hard plastic.
