i AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH THIS TYPE OF PATTERN. lots of instructions, there are no tissues in the pattern... directions for cutting etc.. one size fits all.. this is the Victorian skirt.. uses 3 2/3 yard of fabric, and elastic waist... a pattern from the past. lovely skirt in any decade from the Remember When Collection vintage pattern with instructions.. the line drawing shows more detailing... 1990 turn of the century styled skirt with flounce tucks...
