Description Simplicity 9553; ????1971; Spats and Two Bags: The lined shoulder bag V. 1 with zipper closing is trimmed with appliques and metalic trims. The shoulder bag V. 2 with flap is lined. The spats V. 3 with zipper and elastic foot strap have special stitch lines to make spats larger or smaller. The spats may be trimmed with purchased appliques and metalic trim or with buttons and lacing. just love this vintage pattern partly cut and checked out ok use velveteen, suede cloth, ribless cord, denim, duck, leathery fabric etc.. 2 also in cord.. 2,3, also in tapestry,l upholstery nnice pattern. bag 1 is cut rest uncut, some wear on pattern jacket not perfect
