Description After 1946 the May Hoyer dolls were made of hard plastic and are often marked; ORIGINAL Mary Hoyer Doll Made in USA (some composition dolls have this marking too) and some dolls were marked: Made in USA within a circle without the Mary Hoyer name and could be dolls bought, dressed and sold by other doll makers, The Mary Hoyer Doll company closed in the 1970 this is the first Mary Hoyer doll I have had for sale.. this is a lovely 14 inch miss of hard plastic with the markings on her back.. as you see her in the pictures.. she came in a vintage dress and apron, and we had a crochet skating outfit made for her from the original mary hoyer doll pattern.. I would include the pattern and the clothes that came with her with the doll. she is wearing skates too.. lovely condition doll fully jointed. love her hair and feels like the early 50s nylon wigs the toni girls had. inventory 1792 . filed 14 inches tall inventoried filed BR LR 10 2020 roomn ok
