Penny Brite, manufactured by Deluxe Reading (Topper Toys) in the early 1960's, is easy and fun to collect. She and her clothes are well made, yet easy to find. Penny is 8 inches tall and made of vinyl. She has rooted, reddish blond hair which needs grooming.. Her facial features are painted; her eyes are black and white and side glancing. Her mouth is open slightly to show her front teeth. She has cute dimples in her cheeks. here is Penny Brite side glancing cutie, nice addition to Tammy and Pepper and other cute dolls in her size.. she is wearing a long dress window pane style, with silver threads throughout, and red bias trim at hem, neck and arms.. no label that I can see.. she has been in storage. nice overall condition, a fun doll and nice size SHE IS AS I received her, I do not know her prior history, fully jointed. vinyl doll, her hair may have been trimmed, it needs to be styled....
