BLACK HAIR BARBIE DOLL, BURGUNDY/GOLD INDIA COSTUME,HEELS

I cannot seem to find a write up on this Barbie or her year.. She appears to be in some part of India costume.. original lovely burgundy long skirt with gold trim, rich cropped gold top, and long headdress.. she has a necklace and earrings. bent arms.. I would estimate within the past 20 years..   she will go home with heels.. .., bend leg feature, and she has a ring on too. her hair feels thick and not smooth  11.5 inch Barbie as I received her.. there is old tape residue back of neck, tape to keep her necklace intact. and she has square snaps back of her gold top.. made in Taiwan so would be estimated 70s to maybe 1980s... nice condition doll with big brown painted eyes. dot on her forehead. and she is exquisitely pretty.
