have the red one and the camel one this is for the red coat with faux persian lamb furry black collar.. circa 1964 to 66, Barbie It's Cold Outside.. no belt but has the hat.. page 99 in the Barbie closet book... black plastic laced boots are  not included as it would increase shipping rate from oversize letter to parcel or packet mail..  .. #0819 nice condition black Barbie label   inv 5 2021  box 1 filed    almost complete   .. we have two of this red coat with hat no belt..   the second one would be the last pictures.. interesting hat that goes with this original red coat.. same red and black fuzzy trim but no pom pom on top and more of a velour fabric..  the original barbie hat coat outfit goes first.. 5 2022
