The red and white ribbed cotton bodice and navy blue skirt hold up very well over the years and this dress is fairly easy to find.  

It is harder to find the white vinyl belt.  

The dress closes in the back with a zipper.       so have this lovely condition cruise stripes dress  and the black mules..  I have a white belt that came with it but do not honestly know if it is the correct belt.   it has never been used and was hard to put the end through the buckle so only slipped it in a bit.   It looks correct but do not know if the actual Mattel one had a tab and a hole.   so this one is complete...
