931 BARBIE GARDEN PARTY 1962 - 1963 SUNDRESS, SHORT GLOVES, WHITE OPEN TOE SHOES COMPLETE

This is such a pretty classic sundress, featuring pindots, flowers and eyelet, all in pink and white. This beautiful dress has a full skirt and snaps in the back. The cotton is sturdy and it holds up very well and is fairly easy to find in good condition. Occasionally you can find one that is pristine mint  - pure white and so crisp it will stand up on its own. The dress should have the pink ribbon at the waist - it is often missing from "played with" dresses.

This dress was done in a red floral fabric with a black ribbon at the waist in 1964 and was called Garden Tea Party #1606 (1964)      I have two completed of this outfit..   both dresses are nice condition with pink bow at waist,   white short gloves and white open toe mules..   nice condition, original 1962 63   PICS  #2 I         one dress has a bit of a stain in the white ruffle..
