6'' CELLULOID 1920S BY-LO TYPE BABY DOLL,OUTFIT,JAPAN 1540

Description 6" adorable all celluloid baby doll and would estimate mid 1920s, this doll looks a lot like the by lo doll of that era.. baby bent legs, jointed. and a very baby doll face, the paint has gone from one eye the other one is ok and a lovely shade of blue, red in nostrils, red lips a bit faded in spots.., emblem on his back like a car symbol and Japan., a homemade very vintage outfit for this doll never seen anything like it, a black silk like material and edged with a wool trim, matching undies, not in the greatest condition but interesting design, rosette in wool at neck.. overall nice condition for a celluloid baby doll cannot see any damage, just the loss of paint for the eye.... this doll is so precious and about 6 inches tall. inventory #1540 doll room shelf 3
