INVENTORY 681 .. 31'' D&C 1961 ON ESTIMATE Canadian Companion walker Playpal doll- Canadian Company Dee n Cee lovely 1960s tall playpal styled walker doll.. plastic body, fully jointed with the playpal type fingers as I received her.. nice curled rooted short ash blonde hair, wearing very vintage clothing.. . have a few of these companion dolls listed.. very popular in the early 60s for Baby boomers.. she has a sheer overdress lace trimmed of nylon over a cute short sleeve print cotton dress.. . wearing her original undies I believe rayon type undies.. and love her shoes, strappy black rubber shoes... shoes say 30T so guess this doll is 30 inches tall.. This doll is about 30 inches tall and too expensive for overseas countries.. the option will not be in the menu.... soft vinyl head . she is a walker doll and her legs click when they walk, her head does not turn. several of these walker dolls had this feature, vinyl head that does not turn.. . sweet doll hard to believe she is 50 years old already.. had her for a few years on display.. her hair is nice and curly like she had a perm.. I do not know if that is her original hair style,, very nice.. i WENT THROUGH THREE Canadian Doll books looking for this specific doll. she is very hard to find and believe this is Kelly a Walk with me doll, and 1961 dated.. 30 inches tall, plastic body, jointed hips, shoulder and neck, vinyl head and rooted short hair. . so this pretty well fits this doll and dated circa 1961.. D&C-5 on back of vinyl head.. nice companion doll.. HER DRESS could be a replacement she originally was dressed in a pink cotton dress with black ribbon trim..
