16'' ALL COMPOSITION LOVELY 1940 NUN DOLL ,OFF WHITE HABIT COSTUME #282

I so love this doll and she has to go to a very good home. never seen an all compo nun doll in this habit before.. could not find markings. her habit and costume is in a thick almost like an unbleached cotton fabric. many layers of underclothing like the nuns have. great headdress or whipple I believe it is called.. she has a full matching slip and pantaloons as well.. she has vintage rayon socks and black patent shoes.. her compo looks very nice, have not totally undressed her.. she has pin holes on her back, I think an outfit was attached to her at one time.. about 16 inches tall. lovely condition., fully jointed, blue tin sleep eyes, circa 1940s and would suspect she is a Canadian Reliable doll, will check in my book. she has human lashes and open mouth and teeth.. inventory #282. inventoried then doll rm cabinet  9 2022 inv .. i have taken more pictures and studied her more  closely.. She does not seem to have any hair under her whipple.   there is very old cardboard pieces inside the whipple for stiffness.. We have just reduced her. on fb antique doll site as well dce 2 2023 inv..
