8'' COMPO 20-30s DUTCH DOLL, FORELOCK, WOOD SHOES 167

Description AS I RECEIVED HER, LOVELY PORTABLE SIZE OF 8 INCHES TALL AND WOULD ESTIMATE HER TO BE OF GERMAN ORIGIN CIRCA 1930S ALL COMPOSITION, DARLING LADY DOLL MOLDED HAIR WITH FORELOCK OF BLONDE WAVY HAIR.. well dressed in black wool felt top with embellished collar, and red necklace with ornament around her neck.. pert little o mouth, high blush, painted eyes,, a few rubs on face. just darling, black felt apron and her traditional striped skirt with large pocket in wool felt.. interesting because this same skirt material is found on my Baby Betty Armand Marseilles around 1920s and have other antique dolls with similar costumes.. so maybe this doll is closer to late 20s or early 30th.., wearing linen type or muslin boxer type undies.. and believe her body would be a type of wood and composition... and INCLUDING a little white lacy dutch cap with her for her journey home.. nice size doll probably German origin, inventory #167 filed doll room shelf 8 ok inventoried
