5 inches tall love this character doll and I would say he is Welsh, mostly plastic or vinyl. I think Wales.. a coal miner or gold miner with his lantern and a light on his black felt hat, all felt clothes. and a pick. neat wooden type shoes., nailed at the bottom to his legs.. love the details.... wonderful for any collection.. all of 5 inches tall..AND INCLUDING ANOTHER quite similar doll to the miner. about 5 or so inches tall and similar clogs.. royal blue wool felt head covering and tunic top, black pants.
