14'' JAPANESE GEISHA GIRL DOLL TURQUOISE KIMONO OBI, STAND,1536

Description HAVE TWO OF THESE GIRLS, JAPANESE GEISHA GIRL DOLLS, LOVELY FACES, LONG STRAIGHT BLACK HAIR, TOPKNOT DONE UP IN RED PRINT FABRIC AND A FLOWER, SECURED TO A BLACK WOODEN STAND., PADDED KIMONO, STAINS AND MARKS ON THE BOTTOM PART FROM STORAGE I assume, from a great doll estate, long fingers, gold obi, well dressed, beautiful young soft face.., feels like a pressed fabric, painted inset eyes, brushed eyebrows.. about 14 inches tall, some wear on stand, black painted wood I believe., she has a long red garment under her kimono., her obi is nicely knotted and tied at the back like a pillow.., overall nice condition doll, just some stains on her turquoise and red and white print obi. inventory 1536.. a lot of the dolls from this doll estate were of the older era.. from the wooden stand and her sculpture she could be made in late 50s to 1960s on estimate.. filed shelf 2 doll room.. a few rubs on the edges of the black shiny wood square stand.
