Description lot 12, I am bundling up randomly into lots some of my hundreds of collectible ethnic and international dolls from just about most countries.. each one has a history for sure and this bundle of three to me is exceptional and unique. each one of these dolls have been in my collection and been on display. so for the first taller one this animee type character made in Japan probably the 60s, or earlier, on a plastic coated in green over a wooden base, made in Japan underneath. this is so Japanese Animee whimsy type character very lightweight and so cute, real fur blue lavender hair, soft felt like ski clothing, cloth body. and a fabric mask face, painted features.. around 8 inches tall.. and has part of a flag in her hand, almost like the old British flag colors of red and blue... next is a Miss Italy human hair I believe piled up had her for a long time, Lenci type Italian doll like a half doll, mitt hands. pressed face with painted features.. orangey pink body with trim, bit of age wear, yellow ribbon, 6 inches tall to the top of her brown updo hair. like a half doll, , she has a sticker label on her back Brunell Esco hard to read. and she can be hung on a doll tree!!! she has a hanging loop. .. the next doll you have to read about on the internet. I was so excited to read about this artist who unfortunately died in 1950. these are all real items she used to create these one of a kind dolls, for instance, used hair from the local barber shop. Canadian artist Betsy Howard, label on leg, handmade Original.. she is too cute and a bit whimsical, blue ski suit of satin, cute old leather shoes, fur trim everywhere. and she has a wooden stick attached to her, the tip is broken off. she has long braids in a honey blonde.. , felt waistband.. . all three dolls go together.. she is about 7 inches tall inventoried doll room filed ok
