12.5'' GERMAN BRUNETTE DOLL, WASHABLE OILCLOTH LEATHER BODY, PLAID DRESS, BONNET

12.5" GERMAN BRUNETTE DOLL, LEATHER BODY WASHABLE,PLAID DRESS this is one of my favorite German antique dolls.. just a nice size about 12 to 13 inches tall. with nice round cheeks. sleep eyes, brown hair wig with original red ribbon. and love this plaid dress with cutwork on the front.. I believe this is suppose to be original to her.., nice long eyelet cream slip, pantaloons, and black felt tied shoes.. she has an interesting body like crisp leather, nicely jointed and I just cannot read the back of her neck, only Germany. the rest is covered up by the back of her body... Inventory 2078 cannot see any flaws or repairs.. she came from a super reputable doll friend and dealer.. i SO LOVE her quaint dress and little poke type bonnet that matches. filed lr ok ... 12" antique doll with blue sleep eyes, open mouth showing teeth. Only marking readable is Germany, leather is glued to shoulder plate over markings. Original brunette mohair wig. Oil cloth body reads washable, is secure and has only minor stains. One tiny chip to end of pinkie, on primitive bisque hands. Dressed in a plaid print dress, eyelet bodice, with matching bonnet, vintage slip, pantaloons and felt shoes..  LR  inv. ok ff.
