Simplicity 7475 and it is 1/2 to 4 the sizing. chest 19 to 23 inches... the sizing was torn off the 0699 and the tissue said 1 to 4... but the top of this pattern says 6 months to 4..... nice jumpsuit pattern for babies and toddlers..
