Pattern sews up a fabulous wardrobe of matching outfits for Barbie and Ken. Pattern is dated 1972 and makes some incredible fashions. Pattern sews up: A) Barbie wears a darling mini-halter dress tied at the back neck has back snap closing and Ken wears a coordinating shirt with a long set-in sleeves and collar with a pair of pants with snap fastened fly front; B) Barbie wears a long kimono with set-in "wing" sleeves has self-bias bound front and neck edges and ribbon sash while Ken's top has kimono sleeves with self-bias bound front and neck edges and ribbon sash over a pair of short pants with snap fastened fly front; C) Western night has Barbie wearing a fringed vest and skirt paired with a blouse with a collar and long raglan sleeves while Ken wears a shirt with long set-in sleeves and collar as well as a fringed vest and pants; and D) Wedding Day has Barbie wearing a gorgeous long dress with a skirt gathered to the bodice, lace sleeves, lace appliques on skirt and a lace veil gathered at the top and Ken looks sensational in a lined tuxedo jacket with long set-in sleeves and a turn-back lapel, long set-in sleeved shirt with a collar and a pair of pants with snap fastened fly front -- this is just a fantastic pattern!!! Pattern is in good condition; great for a vintage pattern collector or collector of Barbie and Ken patterns AND ANOTHER WRITE UP 972 Simplicity 5330 Vintage Sewing Pattern. Wardrobe for 11 1/2" dolls such as Maddie Mod, Barbie, Ken. Blouse V.3, dress V.4, shirts V.5, 7, 8 and jacket V.8 have button trimmed snap fastened closing. Pants V.5, 6, 7, 8 with snap fastened fly front and skirt V.3 have elastic waistline casings Mini halter dress V.1 tied at back neck has snap closing. The long kimono V.2 with set-in wing sleeves and the top V.6 with kimono sleeves have self bias bound front and neck edges and ribbon sash. Vests, skirt and pants V.3 & 7 have fringe trim. Shirts V.5,7,8 have long set-in sleeves and collar. Blouse V.3 has collar and long raglan sleeves with casings. Long dress V.4 with skirt gathered to bodice has lace sleeves and lace appliques on skirt.. Lace veil is gathered at top. Lined tuxedo jacket V.8 has long set-in sleeves and turn-back lapel. all accounted for nice pattern wee bit of wear.. two views cut are in separate envelopes.
