SO CUTE AND SO VINTAGE AND SO SIMPLE TO MAKE CIRCA MID 50S great robe even today.. simplicity 4503 toddler size 2.. chest 21 inches.. simple to make robe features sleeves cut in one with front and back. 1 fulll length has small collar and long sleeves with rounded cuffs.. Robe has front buttons and patch pockets.. bias binding finishes cuffs, front and collar edges.. view 2.. views 2,3, have bias bound transfer pockets.. 3 short robe has short sleeves.. edges are bound with contrast bias binding which also forms tie at neck edge.. all acounted for ok.. 1 use cotton, flannelette, spun rayon, wool.. 2 cord , cotton, challis, wool flannel.. and 3 cotton, seersucker, denim, terrycloth. 1953 and original transfer still intact after almost 60 years.. some wear, seam separation on pattern jacket..
