Description Simplicity 9164; ©1970; Misses' Dress in Two Lengths, and Scarf: The dress with a back zipper, midriff section, low round neckline, and short raglan sleeves has an elastic casing at the neck and sleeve edges. V. 1 has a daisy trim. V. 2 features embroidered braid or ribbon and looped braid trim. V. 5 has crochet-type lace edging. V. 3 & 6 feature contrasting midriff with button and lacing trim, V. 4 & 5 have button trimmed contrasting midriff. V. 1, 2, 3 & 4 are mini lengths. V. 5 & 6 are maxi length. The Scarf is a triangle shape. size 14 bust 36 waist 27 inches..... cut and checked out ok nice pattern.. USED A web picture... sizing would change within the next year or so.. waist size would increase...
