Description PRAIRIE RUFFLES.. in this pattern is the uncut patchwork vest tissue uncut.. lovely and this pattern has instructions also for the straight broomstick skirt.. so i don't know if the skirt had tissue originally and now missing or just the instructions to make the broomstick skirt.. but the patchwork vest pattern is in this 1994 Prairie Ruffles pattern. size small to extra large for the vest and I believe it is just instructions to make this basic broomstick ruffle skirt.. pieced patchwork vest
