A sleeveless has narrow hem and topstitching.. B full length sleeves with button pleat at lower edge.. use soft fabrics, stable single knit6s, challis, ltwt crepe etc.. etc. choose small in the menu for this sizing. and have one originally 18 to 22 bust 102 to 112 cm. partly cut at size 18. skirt is uncut, but the top is adjusted. choose large in the menu for this sizing.
