Description 2686 1972 INSET SS-LS DRESS LENGTHS,TUNIC,PANTS PATTERN 14 Vogue Basic Design 2686; 1970s; Misses' Dress, Tunic and Pants. Dress, mid-knee, two inches below knee, evening length or tunic, has split neckline, with or without self or contrast shaped collar. Fitted self or contrast bodice, inset waistband and gathered skirt. With or without patch pockets, trim variations and purchased belt. Sleeveless, short or full length sleeves with self or contrast cuffs. Straight-legged pants have elasticized waistline. size 14 just when sizing was changing o the new modern sizing, this is still the older sizing, bust 36, waist 27, hip 38 inches.. use soft or crisp fabrics etc.. no provision made for lengthening or shortening bodice pattern pieces..
