his is another fine VOGUE PATTERN FOR dress, tunic, skirt and pants circa 70s.. circa 1970s Vogue 7170 thick pattern, size 10 and very nice pattern even 30 years later... loose fit pullover dress or tunic with front and back gathered into self faced one pc yoke, round neck front button standing collar, front button band closing extended shoulders and narrow hem.. dress has side seam pockets. tunic hs side hemline slits.. full length sleeves gathered into button cuffs.. A tunic is mid knee length..B tunic or C dress may be bloused as desired with purchased belt to above mid knee length or six inches below mid knee with optional casing.. Narrow hem.
