just a nice vogue pattern vogue 9717 uncut, size 8 to 12, bust 31.5 to 34 inches. uncut heavy pattern extra postage.. used a web picture.. miss dress and vest.. fitted and slightly flare dress above ankle, collar, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, side front and side back seams, asymmetrical button and zipper closing and above elbow sleeves with bands or long sleeves with button pleat.. Very loose fit vest hip length, contrast bands. extended shoulders and asymmetrical closing. use wool crepe, faille, silkie broadcloth etc.. also double knits and stable knits for vest.
