Description vintage pattern great design for a skirt and blouse.. cut and checked out ok vogue 8286 size 12, bust 34, waist 25.5 inches, just when the sizing changed over, it changed again a year or so later so circa 1970 or so.. gathered skirt three inches above ankle, ankle or evening length has wide waistband.. with or without patch pockets, ruffle, side front slits and trim variations. side back zip.. semi fit blouse has jewel neck or convertible collar, short sleeves gathered into band with ribbon trim or full length sleeves gathered into button cuff. use soft or crisp fabrics like lt and med wt wool, linen, double knit, pique etc.. for skirt also quilting etc. etc.. some wear. not perfect. glorious skirts in any decade.. vogue 8286 size 12 very fashionable.. thick and heavy extra postage. size 12 cut shorter all accounted for. partly cut.
