No provision for above waist adjustment. for sizes 8-10-12 copyright 1985 this pattern is cut and checked out three pieces only, two for the blouse and a cuff, all sizes intact,, tissue, does not have a pattern jacket but has the instructions and the tissue.. wow interesting line drawing.. vogue 9326 size 8 to 12. bust 31.5 to 34 inches. i HAVE ANOTHER BLOUSE PATTERN same size 8 to 12 no instructions.. very easy vogue 9721 and would include that one free upon request. loose fit wrap blouse, shoulder pads, inside ties and above elbow sleeves with cuffs or long sleeves with button cuffs.. narrow hem.
