7604 1969 VOG LO RISER SHORTS, FLARE PANTS PATTERN 29'' WST

Description vogue 7604; ca. 1969; Misses' Pants and Shorts. Low-waisted darted shorts and slightly flared pants without waistbands. With or without cuffs. Purchased blouses. Featured in Vogue Pattern Book June July 1969; and still in Vogue Pattern Book December 1969/January 1970 some wear, not perfect.. cut and checked out, back facing piece is missing rest ok waist 29 inches, hip 40 inches.. used a picture from wikki. . use soft and crisp fabrics, linen, lt med wt wools etc. etc. JUST WHEN sizing changed over and would change again shortly afterwards.
