7816 PULLOVER BLOUSON COLLAR DRESS 70S PATTERN 20 1/2....his is another fine VOGUE dress pattern .. vogue 7816 circa 1970s , size 20 1/2, very easy vogue. nice condition wee bit of wear. . very easy tear on the back pattern jacket.. very loose fit pullover blouson dress has collar extending into tie ends, front neckline slit, elastic waist, side seam pockets and two pc raglan sleeves with button pleat at lower edge.. purchased belt.. suggest soft fabrics, ltwt stable single knits,batiste, gauze, challis, etc... 20 1/2 covers bust 43, waist 37 1/2, hip 45 1/2 inches..vogue dress circa 1970s size 20 1/2 very easy uncut pattern., nice pattern.,
